UPL Limited has informed as soon as the stock market closes on Friday that the company has announced the Scheme of Arrangement between UPL Agri, UPL Global Agri and UPL Crop. Under this scheme, UPL will merge its subsidiary UPL Sustainable Agri Solutions into the company. Also, India’s crop protection business will be demerged and transferred to UPL Global Sustainable Agri Solutions. Apart from this, UPL Crop Protection will also be merged with UPL Global Sustainable Agri Solutions.
