US-Israel Iran War: It has been more than a week since the war between America, Israel and Iran. This war is not being fought only with weapons. As soon as the war started in late February, Israel hacked the Baad-e-Saba app, which tells the timing of popular prayers in Iran.
How does Baad-e-Saba app work?
This app works like a religious calendar. It features an Islamic calendar and sends alerts to users at the times of prayers five times a day. It also notifies users about other religious occasions. This app was hacked on 28 February. Hackers sent a message to people through notification that help has arrived. Those who help protect the people of Iran will be forgiven. After 2-3 hours, in another notification people were appealed to lay down their arms.
Why was the app hacked?
Hackers hacked Baad-e-Saba and showed different messages on it. It was written in these messages that now the time has come to settle the accounts. Apart from this, the message of supporting the people by renouncing their weapons from the Armed Forces was also shown through this app. This app was downloaded more than 50 lakh times, which shows that millions of people were using it. The hacking attack on this app was also considered important because it was used by supporters of the Iranian regime. It is believed that Israeli hackers were behind this. Another reason for this is that since it is a religious app, people trust it completely and its users include everyone from children to the elderly.
