More than 70 terrorist hideouts destroyed in Syria

According to US officials, under this campaign, about 70 ISIS-related targets have been attacked in central Syria. These included hiding places of terrorists, weapons storage centers and training bases. The Pentagon has indicated that depending on the situation, more military action may be taken in the coming days.

With which weapons was the airstrike carried out?

In this operation, America and its allied countries demonstrated their military strength. F-15 Eagle fighter jet, A-10 Thunderbolt attack aircraft, AH-64 Apache helicopter and HIMARS rocket system were used in the attacks. Apart from this, Jordan’s F-16 fighter planes also took part in the operation.

Trump’s strict warning to terrorists

Trump warned that any terrorist organization that tries to attack or threaten America will be given a more dangerous response than ever before. He also reiterated his support for Syria’s interim President Ahmed al-Shaara.

After the removal of Bashar al-Assad from power, there has been a new turn in the relations between America and Syria. Recently, interim President Ahmed al-Shaara visited Washington and met the US leadership. This was the first time since 1946 that a Syrian president visited the White House.
