After investigation by ED, it has been revealed that about 1.146 acres of land in Madanpur Khadar area of ​​Delhi was fraudulently acquired by preparing fake documents. The current value of this land is said to be around Rs 45 crore, but in the land papers its value was shown to be only Rs 75 lakh.
According to the investigating agency, much more money has been transacted in this land purchase than the actual price. It is alleged that Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui along with many other people first prepared fake land documents and then carried out this entire conspiracy as per his plan.

Special court sent the accused to ED remand
The investigating agency presented the accused in the case, Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui, in the Special Court located in Saket, New Delhi on Wednesday (March 25, 2026) the next day after his arrest, from where the court has sent the accused to ED custody till April 4, 2026.
