AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi’s reaction has come to light on the allegations of being BJP’s B-team. Owaisi has once again become a topic of discussion in political circles. His party’s performance in the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation election results declared on Friday has once again surprised everyone. In this Municipal Corporation elections, his party has won 125 wards. This is double the figure of total wards of both NCP Sharad Pawar and MNS.
We have a gameplan to fight the saffron party: Owaisi
He has said that due to his party’s good performance in municipal elections in states like Bihar and even Maharashtra, he has a gameplan to fight the saffron party.
According to NDTV, Owaisi said that his party believes in empowering the citizens. There is nothing wrong in talking about political representation for Muslims. On leaving the mainstream parties and joining AIMIM, Owaisi said that there are many reasons for this. This also includes the way the party conducts its election campaign.
He said, ‘There are many reasons. First, no one has any clear program to counter BJP. The Sangh does not want to make any clear policy to deal with the family. You are in two boats at once. This just won’t work.
Owaisi said, the lack of leadership is huge. Our party is working to reduce this deficiency on the ground. And finally there is the election campaign. I am thankful that people have accepted us. Voted for our party.
What did you say on the allegations of BJP’s B team?
He said that he is working on the strength of collective Muslim votes. People are free to choose whom they want to vote for. Asaduddin Owaisi said that he wants to fill the void in Muslim political leadership.
