A warning of snowfall has been issued in the hilly states. There is a possibility of dense fog in some areas of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh in the morning on Thursday (26 February).

Where will it rain?
According to the latest update of IMD, after 24 hours, rain is going to increase problems in 3 states of North India and 2 states of South India. The states where there is a possibility of rain include Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Telangana and Karnataka. There is a possibility of light rain, lightning and strong winds at the speed of 30-40 km per hour in Andaman and Nicobar Islands on 26 February. There is a possibility of sporadic rain in Jammu and Kashmir on 26-27 February and Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on 27-28 February.

Delhi weather
According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of rain in Delhi today. The temperature may increase by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius during the day. In the morning, wind will blow at a speed of 5 to 10 kilometers per hour, which will provide relief from pollution and will also reduce AQI. Today the maximum temperature in Delhi will be 29 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 14 degrees Celsius.

Temperature rises in UP
The heat has already started showing in Uttar Pradesh. The strong sunlight and rising temperatures have already started making people feel the heat. In many districts of the state, the maximum temperature has crossed 31 degrees Celsius, due to which it is becoming difficult to step out of the house in the afternoon.

Atul Singh, senior scientist of Zonal Meteorological Center, Lucknow, said that as the day progresses, the sky will remain clear and due to strong sunlight, the heat will increase further. He told that due to weakening of La Nina, heat is being seen in February, which was predicted earlier. At present, day and night temperatures will remain above normal. In the next one week, the maximum temperature is likely to be 3 to 5 degrees Celsius higher than normal. Hamirpur was the hottest in the state on Wednesday with a maximum temperature of 32.2 degrees Celsius. Varanasi and Banda recorded a temperature of 31.8 degrees.

How will the weather be in Bihar?
The weather will be clear in Bihar today also. There is no possibility of rain. According to the Meteorological Department, in the coming days, heat will be fierce in Bhagalpur, Munger, Purnia, Khagaria, Begusarai, Bhagalpur, Bhojpur, Darbhanga, East Champaran, West Champaran, Jamui, Jehanabad. Today the maximum temperature in Patna will be 29 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 15 degrees Celsius.
