The Union Home Ministry has appointed new Directors General of Border Security Force (BSF) and Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP). West Bengal cadre IPS Praveen Kumar has been made the new Director General of BSF, while Haryana cadre IPS Shatrujit Kapoor has been given the responsibility of ITBP.
