During an altercation between the landlord and the tenant, the landlord fell down the stairs after being pushed by the tenant and died. It is being told that Sandeep Dutta had gone to his house to feed the pet cats. An altercation broke out between him and tenant Somnath Rai regarding this matter. According to family members, the argument gradually escalated and the atmosphere became quite tense. No one had any idea that this minor dispute would take such a serious turn.
The family of the deceased alleges that during the argument, tenant Somnath Rai suddenly pushed Sandeep Dutta hard. As soon as he was pushed, Sandeep Dutta lost his balance and fell down the stairs. He suffered serious injuries due to the fall. The family and nearby people immediately saved him and took him to Vardhaman Hospital, but the doctors there declared him dead. The sudden death of Sandeep Dutta brought a mountain of sorrow on the family.
