IPL 2026 Auction Live Streaming: There will be 10 teams, 350 players and all the teams will have crores of rupees in their purse. Tomorrow, on 16th December, there will be a mini auction in which famous players like Devon Conway to Cameron Green, Liam Livingstone and Sarfaraz Khan can be bid. Only 77 slots will be vacant, but what time will this auction start and on which channel or app you will be able to watch it live.
Mumbai Indians have the least money in the auction, which will come into the auction with a purse of Rs 2.75 crore. Kolkata Knight Riders have the most money, with Rs 64.30 crore left in their pocket.
When and where to watch live auction?
The IPL 2026 auction will be held in Abu Dhabi on 16 December. The auction will start at 2:30 pm Indian time.
The TV auction will be telecast on Star Sports Network, while the live streaming will be on JioHotstar app.
How many players will be bid on?
More than 1,300 players had registered for the mini auction, but only 350 of them were shortlisted. But only 77 slots are vacant in the squads of 10 teams. This means that only a maximum of 77 players will be able to be sold.
The maximum number of slots are vacant in the team of Kolkata Knight Riders, which can buy a maximum of 13 players. There are 10 slots vacant in the Sunrisers Hyderabad team. There are currently five vacancies each in the teams of Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans.
Who has how much money left?
Kolkata Knight Riders have the most money in the auction. Chennai Super Kings also has more than Rs 43 crores. Only Rs 2.75 crore is left in the purse of Mumbai Indians.
