BCCI has released the complete schedule of the 19th season of the Indian Premier League. The first match will be played on 28 March, while the league stage will conclude on 24 May. In the first match of the season, defending champion Royal Challengers Bangalore will face Sunrisers Hyderabad.

2 home grounds of RCB

In IPL 2026, Royal Challengers Bangalore team will play its home matches on 2 grounds like last time. Its 5 home matches will be played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru and 2 home matches will be played at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Stadium in Raipur. Bengaluru team is the defending champion. If it also becomes champion in IPL 2026, then it will become only the third team after Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians, which has won the IPL trophy for two consecutive years.
