‘Women power will never forgive’, PM Modi angry at Mamata Banerjee over President Draupadi Murmu’s protocol

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has fiercely targeted West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. While attacking the Trinamool Congress government, he has criticized it for insulting President Draupadi Murmu. President Murmu expressed displeasure over the poor arrangements during his visit to the state. Called it shameful and something like this had never happened before. He also raised questions regarding the absence of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

Referring to the President, PM Modi said that his insult is an insult to the dignity of the country’s highest constitutional post. The PM said, the country and women power will not forgive this insult to President Draupadi Murmu.

The President had expressed his displeasure over changing the venue of the program

On Saturday, President Murmu attended the conference of the tribal community. It was going to happen in Bidhanagar. Later, citing crowd, it was shifted to a smaller place in Goshaipur near Bagdogra Airport. On this the President said that he was sad that the people here could not reach the conference. Because it was getting too far. Addressing a gathering in Phansidewa near Siliguri, Murmu, who hails from the Santhal community, said that perhaps the administration was hoping that no one would be able to attend. The President will go back.

President Murmu called Mamata Banerjee his younger sister. He expressed surprise and asked if he was angry with him. Generally it is seen that when the President comes, the Chief Minister and other ministers are present, but the Chief Minister did not come. I am also a daughter of Bengal.
