The emotional address of a police officer during the last journey of a young man in Warangal, Telangana shook the hearts of the people. The words spoken by Prashanth Reddy, who came to bid farewell to the young man who lost his life in a road accident, put everyone present there into deep thought. His address is now becoming increasingly viral on social media and has become a topic of discussion among the youth.

A warning to the entire society- ACP
According to the information, a young man died tragically in a road accident. A large number of friends, relatives and local people were present during his funeral. Amidst the atmosphere of mourning and silence, ACP Prashant Reddy, while addressing the youth, said that this incident is not just a family’s sorrow, but a warning to the entire society.

In his emotional address, he said that life is very precious and it should not be wasted due to wrong habits and wrong company. Appealing to the youth, he said, “Seeing this condition of your friend, at least change it now. Life does not come again. Once it is gone, it never comes back.”

Wasting alcohol, marijuana and other intoxicants
He especially expressed concern over the increasing trend of drug addiction among the youth. He said that addiction to alcohol, ganja and other drugs is gradually ruining the lives of the youth. Many times, youth fall into wrong company and follow such paths which ultimately turn into tragic incidents. ACP told the youth that if any friend is taking you towards the wrong path then it is better to stay away from such friendship. He said, “A friend who takes you towards destruction is not a true friend. It is wise to leave such relationships.”
