Fans keep waiting for the films of Pan India star Prabhas. His film The Raja Saab has been released in theaters on 9 January. This film became a hit at the box office as soon as it was released. The film has not received any special reviews but still it is earning tremendously. The film has made its mark across the world with advance booking and paid preview held on Thursday.
Talking about The Raja Saab, it is a horror-comedy film in which Prabhas has not been able to fit in. Sanjay Dutt has also been seen with her in the film, but the magic that the fans expected did not happen. But the film’s earnings are increasing at the box office.
Joined the Rs 100 crore club
According to the report of Saknilk, The Raja Saab has joined the worldwide Rs 100 crore club. The film has collected Rs 54 crore in India, overseas collection is Rs 26 crore and the film has earned more than Rs 9 crore from the paid preview held on Thursday. After which this total crosses the figure of 100 crores.
Prabhas could not break his record
Prabhas was last seen in the film Kalki 2898 AD. This film made him a star once again. Kalki 2898 AD had collected Rs 191 crore worldwide on the first day. Prabhas has not been able to break the record of his own last film. The reviews of the film are not special, hence the weekend earnings may be affected.
Talking about The Raja Saab, it has been directed by Maruti. Along with Prabhas, Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhi Agarwal, Riddhi Kumar and Zarina Wahab are seen playing important roles in the film.
