‘There is no question of not doing the film’
Explaining the reason behind saying ‘yes’ to the role of ‘Donga’ in ‘Dhurandhar’, the actor said – For the first time, casting director Mukesh Chhabra had called and told about this role and said that it is a character full of action and thrill. Till now I have done sophisticated roles, in which I did not get a chance to explore much. This character was completely new to me and there were so many characters in the film. In such a situation, the question of not doing the film does not arise.

Changes made for the character of ‘Donga’
Naveen had worked very hard to get into the character of ‘Donga’. He told that to adapt to the character of the film, changes had to be made in the dialogue delivery. The industry supported me, I kept getting work and because of this I am able to live with my family in Mumbai, but with Dhurandhar I have got recognition among the public. People are recognizing on the streets. It was not like this earlier.
