BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra said, ‘Today when I came for the press conference, I was very angry in my mind, but I controlled myself with great difficulty. This anger is not only among the BJP spokesperson, but in the entire GenZ of India. This is not a fight between BJP versus Congress, but against India versus those forces who want to tarnish India’s image.
Sambit Patra claimed that these four people entered the summit after registering themselves with the barcode. After that he took off his clothes and demonstrated. He alleged that this entire planning was done at Rahul Gandhi’s residence in the presence of Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.

This statement comes after the incident when some members of the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) demonstrated shirtless during the ongoing India AI Impact Summit at Bharat Mandapam today. The protesters raised slogans against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the India-US trade deal. Police detained at least 4 to 10 people and legal action has been initiated against them.
This summit includes big names like PM Modi, Google and OpenAI and is a platform to present India as an AI leader in the Global South. But this incident has increased political controversy. There has been no official reply yet from the Youth Congress on the allegation that the planning took place at Rahul Gandhi’s house.
