Under this, AI based orchestration and agentic automation will be included in enterprise software development. According to the company, this collaboration will combine TCS’s AI-based enterprise transformation capabilities with GitLab’s DevSecOps orchestration platform.

Suryoday Small Finance Bank
The bank plans to raise capital up to a maximum of Rs 1,000 crore. For this, permission has been sought from the shareholders through a special resolution. Equity shares, equity linked instruments or warrants can be issued to raise funds. The bank may consider options such as preferential issue, QIP, private placement or rights issue.
Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC)
Government financial institution IRFC has signed loan agreements with the GIFT City branches of two Japanese banks—Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and MUFG Bank. Under this deal, the company will raise external commercial borrowing (ECB) in yen equivalent to $400 million. Earlier also in December 2025, funding equivalent to $300 million was made.
The company’s net profit in the December quarter increased by about 11 percent year-on-year to Rs 81 crore. Revenue stood at Rs 784 crore, which is 8 percent more than last year. Operating margin also improved and reached 16.6 percent. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 4.40 on a share with a face value of Rs 2. The record date has been fixed for May 8, 2026.
Shaily Engineering Plastics
The company has received a manufacturing and supply contract worth approximately Rs 423 crore from a leading domestic pharma company. This four-year agreement is related to the supply of pen injectors. The name of the customer has not been made public due to confidentiality requirements.
Maharashtra GST Department has started inspection and search operation at the company’s office. The company has clarified that it is fully cooperating with the investigating agencies. At present, this action has not been reported to have any adverse impact on its business or financial position. The investigation focuses on documents related to GST payment and input tax credit.
KFin Technologies and Computer Age Management Services (CAMS)
MFCentral, the joint platform of the two companies, has announced new leadership appointments. Rajesh Krishnamurthy has been appointed CEO of the joint venture MFC Technologies Pvt Ltd, while Supratim Bandyopadhyay will take up the role of non-executive chairman. These changes are aimed at further strengthening operations.
The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.70 per equity share for FY 2026. It will be given to shareholders of record by March 6, 2026. The dividend payment will be completed by March 27, 2026.
The company’s profit declined to Rs 61.7 crore in the December quarter, from Rs 91.3 crore in the same period last year. There was also a decline in income and it stood at Rs 420 crore. Both EBITDA and margins declined, showing pressure on operating performance.
Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd
The company clarified that the countervailing duty imposed by the US on Indian solar imports will not have any significant impact on its business. Its production is mainly done keeping in mind the demand of the domestic market. The company is focusing on increasing high-efficiency manufacturing capacity.
