Today’s Sensex, Nifty | Share Bazar LIVE: After initial gains on Monday, there were fluctuations in BSE Sensex and Nifty 50. Mixed developments related to West Asia and rising crude oil prices made investors a little uneasy. However, despite this, a slight positive trend remained in the market and at one time the Sensex rose by almost 300 points.
Talking about the sector, the biggest rise was seen in banking and PSU bank shares, which shows the strength of the financial sector. Auto, FMCG and midcap stocks also showed slight gains, which provided support to the market. Whereas IT, realty and metal shares remained under pressure, due to which weakness was seen in some sectors. Overall, the market mood remains cautious but positive.
