Bengaluru News: A woman and her boyfriend have been arrested by the police on the outskirts of Karnataka’s capital Bengaluru for murdering her husband and pretending to show it as an accident. Now shocking information has come to light about this murder.
On January 24, the body of 40-year-old Ashok was found on the road of Chittenahalli village in Hoskote taluk of Bengaluru Rural district. Initially it was considered a ‘hit and run’ accident. However, due to discrepancies at the scene and suspicions of the local people, the police conducted a thorough investigation.
The truth came out in the investigation
Police investigation revealed that Ashok’s murder was planned. In this connection, his 33-year-old wife Pushpa, her 33-year-old boyfriend Devraj and associates Munindra Chacha have been arrested.
Ashok and Pushpa have been married for 17 years. they have three children. It is said that recently Ashok had become addicted to alcohol, due to which he used to torture Pushpa physically and mentally. Devraj, who was the driver of Nandini Milk Tanker. Used to visit Pushpa’s shop often. This led to friendship between the two and they were in love for the last two years.
Both of them planned the murder together
Ashok started doubting their relationship, due to which there were frequent fights in the family. Due to Ashok torturing Pushpa, Pushpa and Devraj planned to kill him. Devraj has promised to take responsibility for the future of Pushpa and her children.
How was the murder committed?
On January 24, Devraj and his friends lured Ashok to drink alcohol and took him away. On the banks of a lake he attacked Ashoka with an iron rod and killed him. Later, to make it look like an accident, they threw the body at a turn of the road.
four people arrested
Pushpa herself lodged a complaint with the police that her husband died in an accident. However, the post-mortem report confirmed that the injuries on Ashok’s body were not due to an accident. Apart from this, on the basis of investigation, with whom did Ashok last talk and with whom did he go. Four people including Devraj were arrested. During interrogation he confessed to the crime.
