Father’s death, then the stress of marriage! Troubled female constable committed suicide, wrote suicide note

Constable Divya, working as a writer at Dharur police station, committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence. In the initial investigation, this matter is being said to be related to family and mental pressure.

This incident came to light in Gangaram Sai Baba Colony of Vikarabad city. As soon as the information was received, the local police reached the spot and the body was sent for post-mortem. Divya’s family members, colleague policemen and residents of the colony are deeply shocked by Divya’s sudden death.

Pain expressed in suicide note

Giving information about this matter, CI Raghu Kumar Told that Divya had written a suicide note before committing suicide. In the letter he wrote, “No one is responsible for my death. We are in so much pain because of the absence of our father.” It is told that Divya’s father had passed away seven years ago, after which the mental and emotional pressure on the family had increased.

Stress regarding marriage relationship

According to family members, Divya was under a lot of stress in recent times regarding a marital relationship. Her relationship was fixed with an analytical officer working in Hyderabad, but Divya was confused about this relationship. Her sister told that Divya was afraid that after marriage, her job might get affected and it might be a burden on the family.

After the relationship, Divya was constantly being pressurized through phone calls and messages as to when she would come to meet and when she would take the decision. Sister says that even the night before the suicide, a person had asked Divya to send the location, due to which she became more worried.

Divya had talked to her sister for a long time on Saturday night. Even during that time, she was under extreme stress and was saying that if she did not like the boy, what would the society and colleagues think. Sister consoled her, but she could not bear the internal pressure.

Police started investigating the case

Divya was serving in the police department for the last six years. His work as a writer in Dharur Police Station was considered commendable. Officers and colleagues knew him as a calm, hard-working and disciplined policeman.

At present, the police have registered the case and started investigation from all aspects. Along with the suicide note, Divya’s mobile call details are also being investigated to find out whether there was any kind of mental pressure or harassment on her.
