The Israeli Air Force on Saturday carried out a series of attacks in Lebanon, targeting launchers used by Hezbollah. According to the IAF statement, Israel was under threat from the launchers located in Deir Al Jahrani Cruf Ramen and Al Samia.
There was a real threat to the Israeli states
Posting on Twitter, the Air Force informed that in three areas of Southern Lebanon, the Air Force attacked launchers belonging to the terrorist organization Hezbollah in the Deir Al Jahrani Kraframen and Al Samia areas, north of the Forward Defense Line in Southern Lebanon. The launchers used in the attack posed a real threat to IDF forces and civilians of the State of Israel.
The IDF continues to conduct operations in a forward defense line to eliminate threats to civilians and IDF forces of the State of Israel, the statement said. Earlier, the IAF had attacked Hezbollah launchers in Yaroun and Kafr Qila in Lebanon.
Hezbollah smuggling weapons through ambulance
On Friday, Israeli Defense Forces attacked Hezbollah military positions in the Deir Ams area. The attack was carried out on Hezbollah military bases in Deir Ams area. It contained rockets fired towards Shtula. The attack came after ceasefire violation. Hezbollah was using the ambulance as a shield to smuggle weapons.
During IDF searches, an ambulance being used by Hezbollah to hide weapons was found in southern Lebanon. The recovered weapons include explosive devices, mortar shells, magazines and grenades.
