Mohammad Kaif Given Befitting Reply To Mohammad Amir: Former Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Aamir has been reprimanded by former Indian batsman Mohammad Kaif. Aamir was continuously raising questions on India’s ongoing campaign in the T20 World Cup 2026. Aamir had earlier predicted that India would lose against West Indies and would not be able to reach the semi-finals. When his prediction proved wrong, now he has said that England will stop India in the semi-finals and Team India under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav will not be able to reach the final. Mohammad Kaif said in a video on his YouTube channel that Aamir is making such provocative statements only for publicity and India does not need to respond to such statements. He said, ‘Did Aamir really not know that India would reach the semi-finals? They also knew that the defending champions would advance, but because it would make news, they did so. We should not give them importance. We do not need to go to their level and respond.

In that video, Mohammad Kaif took a jibe at Mohammad Aamir and mentioned the shameful defeat suffered by Pakistan against America in the 2024 T20 World Cup. He questioned Aamir’s performance in the Super Over and said that Aamir has no right to criticize others.
Kaif said, ‘The same bowler was responsible for the defeat against America in 2024. There was only one boundary in that over, but a lot of wide balls were bowled.
