The intentions of the attackers are clear and openly stated. To dismantle the constitutional order and remove the leadership of a country they believe is wrong because it has refused to bow to the pressure of power and influence.

This is a direct violation of the basic principles and rules of international law.
- Russia said that this is especially condemnable because the attacks are once again being carried out under the guise of a renewed dialogue process. Its purpose is to normalize the situation around the Islamic Republic of Iran for a long time. This is happening despite the trust given to Russia. In this assurance it was said that Israel has no interest in getting involved in a military conflict with Iran.
- Moscow said that the international community, including the leadership of the UN and IAEA, should immediately consider these irresponsible actions in an objective and non-discriminatory manner. Their aim is to undermine peace, stability and security in the Middle East.
