‘Demography is changing…’ PM Modi targeted Mamata Banerjee, said – TMC’s departure is certain

Even before the announcement of election dates in West Bengal, political parties have started preparations to woo the public. On Saturday (14 March), Prime Minister Narendra Modi shouted from the Brigade Ground in Kolkata. While addressing the huge rally, Prime Minister Modi launched a scathing attack on the Mamata Banerjee government. The PM gave a clear message that the people of Bengal will no longer tolerate the ‘atrocities’ of the TMC government.

‘Threat to bread, daughter and soil in Bengal’

The Prime Minister said, ‘TMC came to power with the slogan of Maa, Mati, Manush, today the same mother is crying, Mati is being looted and Bengali Manush is being forced to leave Bengal. Due to infiltrators, the biggest threat to the bread, daughter and soil of Bengal has come today. Alleging this, he said, infiltrators are being allowed to take over the soil of Bengal, the result of this is in front of everyone.

‘Changing demography of Bengal’

PM Modi said, ‘Demography has changed in most areas of Bengal in the last decades, Bengali Hindus are being made a minority. An open game of appeasement is going on, when there is talk of giving citizenship to refugee Hindus, the entire TMC opposes it. They do not consider Hindus as their vote bank, hence these people also oppose SIR, so that the names of infiltrators are not removed from the voter list.

‘Criminals will be in jail, this is Modi’s guarantee’

The Prime Minister targeted the Mamata Banerjee government regarding law and order. Referring to the Sandeshkhali incident and the brutality of RG Kar Hospital, he said that TMC is always seen standing with the criminals. He promised, ‘Women will be safe in the BJP government, anyone who breaks the law will not be spared. Accounts will be taken selectively and criminals will be sent to jail, this is Modi’s guarantee.

‘This crowd is telling what is in the mind of Bengal’

At the beginning of the rally, Prime Minister Modi saw a girl in the crowd holding a picture in her hand and instructed the security personnel to collect her. He said, ‘If you want to see what is in the mind of Bengal, then see this crowd. This land of revolution that arose against the British rule is now ready to uproot the misrule of TMC, change is now written on the walls and printed in the hearts of the people.
