BJP releases first list of its candidates for Kerala Assembly elections 2026 (Kerala BJP Candidates List 2026) Has been issued. Names of a total of 47 candidates have been announced in the first list. Former Union Minister and State President Rajiv Chandrashekhar will contest elections from Nemom. Former Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan has been fielded from Kazhakkoottam.
BJP has fielded well-known Malayalam writer R Sreelekha as its candidate from Vattiyoorkavu. Former state president K Surendran has been given ticket from Manjeshwar and PK Krishnadas has been given ticket from Kattakada.
