This incident took place on Monday afternoon (January 05, 2026) in Monirampur in Jessore district, when fundamentalists publicly shot dead a Hindu youth named Rana Pratap Bairagi. Elections are near in the neighboring country, but the news of atrocities on Hindus is not stopping.
