Dixon Technologies informed the stock market on Saturday that the company has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with global electronics design and manufacturing company Longcheer Intelligence. Under this joint venture, both the companies will work on the manufacturing and supply of smartphones and tablets. The company said that the new JV has been named Dixtel Infocom. Dixon Technologies will hold 74 percent stake in this JV, while Longcheer Intelligence will hold 26 percent stake.
