Karnataka News: In Karnataka’s Jakeru Tanda, a man brutally murdered his mother for refusing to give money, which has created a sensation in the area. According to the information released by the police in this regard, the name of the deceased woman has been stated as Sandhwa. The 45 year old woman has 4 daughters and 2 sons. Four daughters and one son are married, while another son, Santosh Jakru, worked as a JCB operator in Tanda and lived with his mother.
The elder son of the deceased woman lives in Bengaluru with his wife and children. He has a habit of drinking alcohol. He used to argue with his family under the influence, which became a regular occurrence. Meanwhile, a few days ago Kumar Jakeru had come to Tanda village from Bengaluru.
Mother murdered in a fight
Let us tell you that as soon as he came, he had a fierce fight with his mother Sandhwa. The same thing happened in the evening (January 26) also. Angered by this, Kumar dragged and beat his mother without any care. He hit his mother’s head against the wall of his house. Due to this, Sandhawa suffered serious head injuries and she became drenched in blood and became unconscious. But in anger Kumar picked up a stone from there and threw it at her, due to which Sandhwa died on the spot.
This incident was immediately informed to Raichur Police Station. Police reached the spot and arrested Kumar. Sandhawa’s body was taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. There was a big setback in the further interrogation of Kumar.
Kumar was demanding Rs 2 lakh from his mother.
During interrogation it came to light that Kumar was demanding Rs 2 lakh from his mother. Sandhwa made it clear that she did not have that much money, as she was also saving money for the marriage of her younger son Santosh. Knowing this, Kumar became angry and became intent on killing his mother.
Earlier, Kumar had threatened to give Sandhwa a share by selling the land, but he did not take any action for this. When the local people went to stop Kumar from beating his mother, Kumar threatened to kill them too. After this, Mudgal police arrested Kumar and put him in jail.
