Jio Financial Services has informed after the stock market closed on Thursday that the company has made a big investment in its joint venture company Allianz Jio Reinsurance Limited. The company informed that it has subscribed 14.74 crore equity shares of face value of Rs 10, the total value of which is Rs 147.45 crore. The company said in the information given to the exchange that this investment was completed on March 5, 2026. According to the company, this new investment will be used to fund the business operations of Allianz Jio Reinsurance Limited and grow its business.
